Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will be the face of our venue, delivering exceptional service during banquets, events, and gatherings. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and well-cared-for. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout events.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per event requirements or guest requests.
  • Set up banquet rooms, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils to meet event specifications.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing to enhance presentation quality.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction during events, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to food handling and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of serving techniques and food safety practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and hygiene standards.
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and bartending skills to assist with drink service when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism.
