Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards of excellence and food safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily meal service.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
  • Help train new kitchen staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the food service or restaurant industry.
  • Proficient in meal preparation techniques and food handling procedures.
