Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Coffee Roaster & Packager to join our team at our South Landing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about coffee and quality production.

Responsibilities

  • Roast coffee according to company standards
  • Package products accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Ensure product quality and consistency
  • Assist with general production and inventory tasks

Requirements

  • Passion for coffee and quality products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must have reliable transportation (location is not transit accessible)
  • Previous experience in food production or coffee roasting is an asset, but not required
