Career Advancement Pathway

• Phase 1: Customer Service Representative (Months 1–3)
• Master front-of-house operations, order processing, and customer interaction.
• Learn top-tier pizza making, oven management, and dough care protocols.
• Master store opening/closing procedures and basic food safety standard operating procedures.
• Phase 2: Shift Leader / Assistant Manager (Months 3–6)
• Take responsibility for shift management, labor control, and food cost tracking.
• Lead and train team members on the floor during peak rushes.
• Learn inventory management, daily scheduling, and store auditing procedures.
• Phase 3: General Manager Trainee → General Manager (6+ Months)
• Assume full operational leadership of the store.
• Manage P&L, inventory control, team hiring, scheduling, and local store marketing.
• Drive store profitability and earn performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet carryout customers, handle phone orders with high accuracy, and resolve customer feedback quickly and professionally.
• Master Operations: Prepare food items to exact quality standards, manage product flow at the oven, and maintain a spotless, organized store environment.
• Learn Leadership Skills: Shadow store management to understand operational metrics (Labor %, Ideal Food Cost, Service Times, and Quality Audits).
• Maintain Safety & Sanitation: Enforce strict health standards, personal hygiene guidelines, and food safe practices across all shifts.

What We Are Looking For

• Mandatory Availability: Must be fully available to work evenings, weekends, and closing shifts.
• Transportation Requirement: Must have a reliable mode of transportation or live within very close proximity to ensure dependable arrival for late-night closing shifts.
• Growth Mindset: Strong desire to advance into store leadership and manage a business unit.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and thriving under fast-paced peak hours.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and consistent across high-demand restaurant hours.
• Communication Skills: Clear spoken English; ability to direct a team calmly and effectively during rushes.
• Prior Experience: Experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), retail, or hospitality is an asset, but attitude and leadership drive matter most.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (for management/equipment operation compliance).
