Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue

Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue is looking for a competent, responsible, and experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our team from Tuesday to Sunday.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of cooking experience (required)
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for learning and working with Brazilian BBQ meats

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and guiding team members when needed
  • Take charge of a shift in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest and team needs
  • Support fellow cooks and maintain strong teamwork
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Be willing to learn and improve continuously, especially in meat preparation
