Our Chefs are leaders dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and taking initiative in all aspects of culinary restaurant operations. With a passion for motivating and empowering their teams, they ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding the organization’s values and goals. They foster an environment of creativity and collaboration, where kitchen partners can grow, learn, and reach their full potential. By driving sales and profit, our Chefs inspire their teams to deliver top-quality food, creating memorable experiences for every guest.


YOU ARE:

  • Able to drive sales and profit while ensuring food quality excellence, strong operational
  • standards and delivering service excellence
  • Committed to professionalism and building on your craft through continued culinary acumen
  • An expert communicator who is able to build relationships with fellow partners
  • through confidence, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • An entrepreneur who will strengthen the Cactus brand by challenging the status quo and inspiring the future generation of leaders within the organization
  • Willing to obtain Food Safe and Occupational First Aid Certification
