Our cooks are backbone of our kitchen and ultimately we wish to see our cooks become the best they can be, our goal as management is to facilitate this.

Nancy O's has an immediate opening for an experienced cook to join our fast paced kitchen.

As a Nancy O's cook your primary responsibilities are:

Cooking every dish to the standards as laid out by the head and sous chef's.

Cleaning, organizing the kitchen and it's food storage areas.

Assisting the 2nd and 1st cooks in specific tasks as laid out by the head chef and sous chef.

Cooking and working with a positive "can do" attitude.

Ensuring your station is fully stocked and all mise is close at hand and all backups are on line and that "taking a trip" isn't needed until well into a busy service.

Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene.

Showing up for work on time and ready to work.

Communicating any shortages, disaster situations immediately to a manager on duty so as a solution and course of action can be taken.

Maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to take direction.

Receiving food orders and storing product in a food safe manner and to the standards of the head chef.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
