Job Overview
As a Fast Food Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Your friendly demeanor and ability to work well under pressure will contribute to a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
  • Assist in restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Skills

  • Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices is beneficial.
  • Proficient in cash handling and cashiering duties, with basic math skills for accurate transactions.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment consistently.
