Job Summary
Work should be fun! So come join the team at TNT Cantina. We are looking for bartender and server to run the bar and taco stand creating a fun, vibrant, atmosphere for not just our customers but the people that work there. Newly renovated 2 bed staff accom available so grab a friend and have the best summer on the lake serving up amazing tacos and margaritas. No experience- everyone has to start somewhere so let’s talk!

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
  • Use POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and payment processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
  • Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
  • Serve food items when required, following proper food handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Prior experience in serving or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory. This position offers an engaging work environment where hospitality skills are valued, and teamwork is essential for success.

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
