Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/ Food runner with KOT Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handling KOT ( Kitchen Order Ticket)
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and food preparation spaces.
  • Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

  • KOT experience is a MUST
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
