Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Day Line Cook. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess skills in cooking, food handling, food preparation, and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas.
  • Handle food safely, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist the Kitchen team as assigned and needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Provide support to service staff by addressing any inquiries or guest dietary needs promptly.
  • Work independently to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work as a part of team during service periods and have a team service attitude.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Knowledgeable in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Strong commitment to food safety standards and practices is essential.
  • Experience working in a fast paced high volume kitchen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
