Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements
