Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to work in the morning in our dynamic restaurant team. the ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and guest relations within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
  • Provide guest services that promote satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Skills

  • Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent time management skills to serve guests promptly without compromising quality
  • Basic math skills for accurate order entry and cash handling
  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members
  • Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to upsell menu items naturally to enhance the dining experience
