Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Back of House Staff to join our vibrant team in delivering exceptional food experiences at our BRAND NEW restaurant coming to Courtenay. Back of House team members play a vital role in ensuring every dish meets our standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prior kitchen experience and familiarity with food preparation and safety standards are preferred. These positions offer an engaging, team-focused environment where efficiency, organization, and pride in execution are at the forefront of daily operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
