Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-time Server/Bartender to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining and drinking experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, be attentive to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using Clover POS systems
  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while maintaining a high standard of hospitality
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly as a bartender
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
  • Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bar and dining spaces
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver excellent customer service
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any special requests or concerns

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience REQUIRED, especially in serving or bartending roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
