Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional food service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive and professional service. Experience in the food industry, including restaurant or kitchen experience, is preferred. The Server will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dining experiences while maintaining food safety standards and efficient meal preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
  • Assist with food preparation and meal assembly when necessary
  • Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to enhance their dining experience
  • Uphold restaurant policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and sanitation

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
  • Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety, and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to perform basic food preparation and assist with meal assembly as needed
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
