Overview

Join our team as a Full-Time Line Cook. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety will help deliver a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Serve dishes promptly to ensure timely delivery to guests
  • Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously
  • Handle food handling responsibilities safely, including proper storage and sanitation practices

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating strong cooking skills
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal assembly processes
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Experience with serving guests and understanding customer service expectations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
