Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Clothing Stock Associate, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will keep our retail environment vibrant and well-stocked. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the proper display of merchandise, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store atmosphere. Your proactive approach will help enhance the customer shopping experience and support the overall success of our store operations. Duties

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming clothing shipments using proper inventory procedures and equipment such as forklifts when necessary
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory counts and merchandising updates
  • Ensure clothing displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to clothing stock, sizes, and availability, providing excellent customer service
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of stock areas to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Operate cash registers for transactions related to clothing purchases and returns with precision
  • Support store maintenance tasks including shelving, labeling, and replenishing merchandise to ensure a seamless shopping experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or stock management is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and keep stock areas tidy
  • Basic cleaning skills to maintain a safe and inviting environment for staff and shoppers
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
