Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender/Server, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests! Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
  • Take drinks orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Serve beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and hospitality standards
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and lounge space in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
  • Assist in setting up for events or busy periods, managing time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously

Skills

  • Proven restaurant/lounge experience with strong knowledge of bar service operations and customer service excellence
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register platforms
  • Skilled in bartending techniques, serving practices, and food handling procedures
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
  • Strong communication skills to engage with guests warmly and professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Experience with cashiering, food industry protocols, and hospitality best practices
