Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. In this position, you will contribute to providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Provide guests with menus.
  • Follow the proper standards of service and care.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of food service etiquette and standards.
