Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections to enhance their dining experience
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction at every step
  • Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes and utensils to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
  • Support kitchen staff by handling food safely and following proper food handling procedures
  • Restock service stations with necessary supplies to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service excellence

Skills

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling safety protocols
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel service is a plus but not required
