Role Summary
F&B server will serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Great guest experience comes from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a F&B Server, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

-Clear tables and return all equipment to their respective areas
-Ensure service safety by transporting all equipment & food in the proper manner
-Ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately
-Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
-Assist guests in an informative and helpful way
-Follow policies, procedures and service standards
-Have full knowledge of food and beverage related items
-Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
-Assist in moving any tables and chairs as assigned
-Inform supervisor of any problems or complaints
-Responsible for restaurant cleaning
-Constant standing and walking throughout shift
-Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
-Occasional kneeling, pushing and pulling

This position requires varied shifts availability, including evenings, late night and weekends

Education and Experience

• Serving it right certificate
• Previous service experience preferred however willing to train the right candidates

Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
