Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be the backbone of our food service operation, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are spotless and ready for use. Duties

  • Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
  • Support the food service team by providing clean dishes promptly during busy service times
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
  • Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen environment safe and eco-friendly
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant or hotel dining area

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food handling practices
