Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills, work with fresh ingredients, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all dishes are cooked to order with attention to quality, taste, and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure efficient workflow
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry

Requirements
