Job Summary

Oddfish Restaurant requires a reliable, experienced line cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be a hard working, team player with a positive attitude and passion for all things seafood.

This is an opportunity to join a well established kitchen team in one of Vancouver's finest seafood restaurants.

Duties

  • daily food preparation
  • execution of daily dinner service
  • general cleaning

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a busy a la carte kitchen environment
  • culinary training/school is preferred but not required
  • must be able to handle and taste fish and shellfish
  • some experience cooking/handling seafood is preferred
  • food safe certification is preferred but not required
  • must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • must be able to work standing for long periods of time
  • must have your own knives and kitchen tools

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
