What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish. You’ll work closely with a dedicated kitchen team, supporting catering and banquet operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Managing inventory and stock rotation, following food safety regulations, and thriving under pressure are key aspects of this role.

Who You Are

You’re an experienced culinary professional who understands the fast-paced nature of catering and banquet service. You excel in teamwork, communicate effectively, and bring a strong work ethic to every shift. You’re highly organized, committed to food safety, and ready to take on challenges in a high-energy kitchen.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years in a high-volume kitchen or catering/banquet setting.

· Food Handlers Certificate

· Culinary Arts Diploma / Red Seal Certification considered an asset but not required.

Working Conditions

· Expect a fast-moving, high-energy kitchen environment, where you’ll stand for extended periods, lift up-to 40 pounds, and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
