Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this vital role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service, food safety, and food handling. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, streamline service processes, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

  • Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and food runners to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and table management using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members to maintain a high-performing team
  • Monitor food preparation and serving procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
  • Manage cash handling procedures accurately and reconcile daily sales reports
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Train staff on hospitality best practices, food safety protocols, and restaurant policies to foster a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills
  • Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, serving standards, and food safety regulations
  • Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for guests
  • Background in restaurant management or hospitality management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and adherence to health regulations is a plus.
