Full job description

We are looking for Servers who understand that hospitality is an art form. You aren’t just taking orders; you are the storyteller for our artisanal process, explaining the nuances of our fermentation and the heritage grains we use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
  • Master our menu, including technical details regarding our dough process and ingredient sourcing.
  • Manage tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, welcoming vibe.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a serious, high-standard establishment is required. We are looking for candidates who understand the pace and precision of a professional dining room.
  • Wine Knowledge: A strong knowledge of Natural and Biodynamic wines is considered a major asset. You should be comfortable discussing terroir and unique flavor profiles with our guests.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills—you should be able to connect with regulars and newcomers alike.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and a professional work ethic are non-negotiable.
