Job Type: part-time, full-time, permanent, seasonal

What you will be doing:
  • Prepare and cook menu items while following recipes and presentation standards
  • Set up and organize kitchen stations with required ingredients and supplies
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, consistency, and food safety
  • Assist with both restaurant dining and event service (à la carte & banquets)
  • Work alongside a skilled and collaborative culinary team
  • Develop new techniques and expand your culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen

What you Bring to the Table
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume or professional kitchen
  • Strong knife skills and foundational cooking techniques
  • A passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • Flexibility to work on a variable schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
