Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patrons, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring timely delivery
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and manage order flow efficiently

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Hospitality mindset with a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences
