About us

Willow Tree Golf Inc is a hospitality and entertainment company with a 150 acre public golf course facility. Their is also a restaurant (The Balcony Cucina) seating over 100 guests including outdoor patio, bar and grill. Adjacent to the restaurant is an event centre and banquet hall for private functions and weddings.

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to health and safety standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities (min. 2 years experience):

  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly.
  • Monitor food temperatures to ensure food safety.
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies.
