The Server is responsible for the overall dining experience of each guest, playing a key role in creating the vibe and an environment where our guest feels relaxed and engaged in our atmosphere. Be yourself, have fun and create a memorable and lasting impression whereby every one of our guests cannot wait to come back. Your passion for the guest experience is the cornerstone of our success.

Server Key Roles

  • Be enthusiastic, professional, and hospitable
  • Ensure every guest leaves happy and excited for their next visit by providing a memorable guest experience
  • Give the guest suggestions/recommendations for food and drinks based on their wants or needs
  • Possess a sincere attitude to be of service to others with a desire to succeed

Competencies

  • Min. 2+ years serving experience in a restaurant (full time Tuesday-Sunday availability is required)
  • Collaborative: focused on success of the team not individual
  • Passion for Guest Experience: provides exemplary guest service and builds relationships with guests to set the standard for employees
  • Time Management: effectively manages time to achieve tasks while satisfying the guest service needs
  • Organization: can effectively move between tasks and prioritize appropriately between execution, operational tasks, and cleanliness

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
