Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen positions within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and procedures.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
