Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the food service industry. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation and ensuring food safety in our restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food quality
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
