Job Title: Experienced Server & Bartender

Location: Deerfoot Inn & Casino

Join Our Team!

Deerfoot Inn & Casino is looking for energetic, professional, and experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our Beverage team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy providing exceptional guest service, and are passionate about hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service in a busy casino and restaurant environment
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, and guest payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Follow all responsible liquor service and gaming facility standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of serving, bartending experience considered an asset
  • Valid ProServe certification (or ability to obtain before employment)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous casino, pub, restaurant, or hospitality experience is considered an asset
