*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation when necessary. *Duties* - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. - Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations. - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted. - Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area. - Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. - Handle cash transactions and process payments through the cashiering system. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. - Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. *Skills* - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. - Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. - Strong upselling skills to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales. - Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health standards. - Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus. - Excellent guest services skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. - Experience with cashiering systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
