Supervisor duties description:

· Managing staff by supervising their work and coordinating their work schedules.

· Tracking total weekly purchases and maintain records of inventory.

· Supervising food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained.

· Dealing with customer issues and resolve complaints.

· Managing suppliers for food, soft drinks and other supplies for the store.

· Ensuring that all sales, budget and profit goals are met.

· Enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen, dining areas and restrooms.

· Working to create and maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment for our guests and employees.

· Performing paperwork duties and assists with product orders as needed,

· Maintaining & implementing a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Additional duties are as follows:

· Taking customer orders either at the front counter or drive thru.

· Making and Filling orders for customers

· Preparing food product for use on the line.

· Prepare the lines for busy periods.

· Stock and refill items after a rush.

· Cleaning tasks as required.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
