Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of the guest experience! Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery
  • Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Qualifications

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Debitech POS or similar technology is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
  • Experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is beneficial
