Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with POS systems and food safety standards is preferred. The position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the food industry while providing memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience
  • Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts
  • Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours
  • Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol consumption

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, especially as a bartender or server
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and cashiering procedures
