Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender and become the heartbeat of our lively establishment! In this dynamic role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for every guest. Your energy, hospitality skills, and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming atmosphere where patrons feel valued and entertained. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Engage with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order entry and cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end.
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
  • Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to keep service seamless.
  • Support event setup service and clean up duties.

Skills

  • Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting an asset.
  • A knowledge of POS systems an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally.
  • Solid understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality.
  • Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory accurately.
  • Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations related to alcohol service.
  • Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
