Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) system
  • Serve food and drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and handling standards
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, with a solid understanding of serving procedure
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Experience in hospitality or food service roles that demonstrate reliability and teamwork
