Salary: $65,000 per year + Tips

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the restaurant industry? Reign Company is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. If you have the expertise and drive to take charge of day-to-day operations, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
-Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
-Lead and manage kitchen and front-of-house teams, offering guidance and support.
-Manage financial tasks, including cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
-Conduct interviews, hire and train new staff members.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
-Uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
-Manage staff scheduling and oversee reservations.

Qualifications:

Required:
-Proven experience in restaurant management.
-Smart Serve certification.
