Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Waiter to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing guests with memorable dining experiences through attentive service and a welcoming attitude. Responsibilities

  • Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are noted and communicated clearly.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining presentation standards and timely delivery.
  • Use POS systems, such as Micros POS, to process orders and payments accurately while handling cash or card transactions responsibly.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including table setup, clearing dishes, and food handling safety.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.

Skills

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and cashiering tasks.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.

  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately.
