Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Shawarma Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This position is essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a smooth operation within the restaurant. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food service, possess strong time management skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.
  • Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food handling meets safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and other workspaces.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Follow all food safety protocols to maintain a safe dining environment for guests.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.

Skills

  • Proficient in cashiering with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Experience in kitchen operations or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
