Full job description
Responsabilités :
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant (salle, cuisine, bar)
- Gérer, former et encadrer le personnel (horaires, évaluations, gestion des conflits)
- Assurer un service à la clientèle de haute qualité
- Gérer les inventaires, commandes et relations avec les fournisseurs
- Optimiser les ventes et la rentabilité
- Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité
- Participer à l’élaboration de stratégies promotionnelles et d’événements spéciaux
- Collaborer avec les propriétaires sur les objectifs à court et long terme
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de restaurant (2 ans minimum)
- Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, communication et gestion d’équipe
- Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rigueur
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre les imprévus rapidement
- Connaissance des règles de salubrité alimentaire (certificat MAPAQ un atout)
- Maitrise du français (anglais un atout)
