Upriver Landing is a new upscale casual farm-to-table restaurant opening in downtown Chilliwack, BC at 9254

Nowell Street. We are built around a simple idea: buy the best ingredients from the Fraser Valley, and then get out of

their way.

Our menu celebrates what grows, swims, and grazes within 200 kilometres of our kitchen — BC salmon, Fraser Valley

lamb, Chilliwack berries, locally made burrata. We cook with intention and serve with genuine warmth.

Job Type Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Schedule Evenings + weekends required. Brunch availability is an asset.

Reports To Front of House Manager and Senior Servers

THE ROLE

We are looking for servers who love hospitality — not just the tips, not just the flexibility, but the genuine act of making

someone’s evening better. If you love food, enjoy people, and want to work in a beautiful room with a team that cares

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Greet, seat, and serve guests with warmth and professionalism
• Develop strong knowledge of the Upriver menu including allergens and ingredients
• Take orders, describe dishes accurately, and handle guest requests efficiently
• Communicate allergen requirements to the kitchen clearly and without exception
• Process payments, handle the POS system, and complete closing sidework
• Support senior servers and the FOH Manager during busy service

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of server experience in a restaurant setting
• Serving It Right (SIR) certification required before first shift
• Genuine enthusiasm for food and hospitality
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable using a POS system — training provided on our specific system
