Full job description

Republica Coffee Roasters is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Barista / Café Team Member to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can perform well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service. Previous barista or hospitality experience is an asset.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Restocking and supporting daily café operations
  • Opening and/or closing the café depending on the shift
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the team
  • Following Republica's recipes, procedures, and service standards

Schedule & Locations:

This position may include shifts at either our Cloverdale or Fort Langley location, depending on scheduling needs.

  • Cloverdale: Shifts may start as early as 6:00 AM for Baker/Barista opening shifts and are scheduled within operating hours through 5:00 PM.
  • Fort Langley: Shifts are scheduled within approximately 9:15 AM to 5:15 PM.
  • Weekend availability and flexibility to work at either location are important for this position.
