Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As the face behind the bar, you’ll be responsible for crafting signature cocktails, delivering excellent service, and maintaining the upbeat vibe our guests expect. You’ll work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
  • Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and current cocktail trends.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.
  • Operate POS systems accurately for orders and transactions.
  • Collaborate with servers and barbacks to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay updated on menu changes, seasonal specials, and featured cocktails.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced or upscale restaurant/bar.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be 21+ and have necessary alcohol serving certifications (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
