Cafe Server

Full-Time & Part-Time

Join Us From the Beginning

L'Éclatant Cake Boutique & Cafe is opening soon, and we're looking for friendly, hospitality-focused Cafe Servers to join our opening team. You'll help create a welcoming guest experience while supporting daily cafe service in a collaborative environment. If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with warm, genuine hospitality.
  • Provide friendly, efficient service and assist guests with menu recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve cafe food and beverages while following our quality standards.
  • Support daily front-of-house operations, including opening, closing, and restocking.
  • Work collaboratively with your teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and sanitized cafe environment, while supporting rotating dishwashing duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of food & customer service experience.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant, including Square POS systems and food service, is considered an asset.
  • Experience with table service, plating, and food running.

Physical & Working Conditions

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs), and perform repetitive front-of-house and kitchen tasks as needed.
