We're growing—and we're hiring across multiple locations in the Kingsville, Leamington, Harrow, and Amherstburg areas. We have several openings at all leadership levels: Supervisors, Junior Assistant Managers, Assistant Managers, and Restaurant Managers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

No matter the title, leadership here means:

• Leading by example—on the floor, in the moment, during the rush
• Coaching and developing team members to perform at their best
• Holding standards for service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Managing shifts, solving problems, and making real-time decisions
• Supporting hiring, training, and performance management
• Delivering results: speed, accuracy, guest experience, and sales

As roles progress (Assistant Manager → Manager), responsibilities expand to include:

• Scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Driving store performance and accountability
• Building a strong, positive team culture
• Owning results and leading business strategy at the store level
