We are seeking a highly polished, energetic Fine Dining Server to curate exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, our resort caters to an international clientele expecting flawless service. You will act as the ambassador of our kitchen, providing expert menu and wine pairings, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, daily features, and appropriate beverage pairings. Anticipate needs and personalize the dining experience to create lasting memories.
- Service Execution: Execute professional service standards (e.g., synchronized service, pouring wine). Manage the progression of courses with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Sales & Up-selling: Confidently upsell appetizers, premium cuts, and sommelier-selected wines based on guest preferences.
- POS & Billing: Accurately process food and beverage orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle guest billing, process payments, and ensure accurate cashouts at the end of the shift.
- Station Maintenance: Perform opening and closing side-work, maintain the cleanliness and elegance of the dining room, and ensure side stations are fully stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Assist management and support staff (bussers, hosts) to ensure seamless, efficient service during peak volume.

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of continuous upscale resort service experience.
- Beverage Knowledge: Advanced wine, spirit, and cocktail knowledge. Certifications such as WSET (Level 1 or 2) are strongly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A natural host with a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and safely carry heavy trays in a busy dining environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are peak times in the resort industry.
