Full job description

We are looking for dedicated line cooks to support the culinary growth of FAB Restaurant Concepts!

You should LOVE hospitality and have a desire to help us move our organization forward by creating a long-term career with us. You'll need to have a love for creating culinary experiences along with a passion for craft beer, great food, and amazing people!

What You'll Do

You are vital to the success of the restaurant. You are the heart of the operation and often work under great pressure. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • The quality preparation of food items & supportive collaboration with FOH team members
  • Maintaining sanitation and Health & Safety standards
  • Achieving rigid standards for timing, quality, presentation, and cost
  • Produce attractive specials, created by our Chef that enhances the offering to the guest
  • Sushi experience an asset.

Availability to work nights and weekends is a must.

The effective operation of the kitchen is the lifeblood of our restaurants. We look forward to hearing from you!

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
