Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly cleaned and organized. This role is essential in supporting the overall efficiency of our restaurant operations and providing a positive dining experience for our guests. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, contributing to the smooth functioning of our culinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all items are sanitized according to health standards.
  • Organize and store clean items properly for easy access by kitchen staff.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including handling food items safely and following proper food handling procedures.
  • Support the kitchen team by assisting with cleaning duties throughout the restaurant or hotel premises.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents or contamination.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during busy hours.

Experience

  • Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
  • Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
  • Experience with food preparation or cooking is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
