Provide excellent customer service through prompt order taking, professional wine and menu recommendations, timely food delivery and anticipating guest needs. Build loyalty through personalized interactions and flawless execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver welcoming, attentive service, answering questions on menu.
  • Make recommendations, upsell based on preferences.
  • Input orders accurately; communicate with kitchen staff.
  • Prepare and deliver checks; process payments.
  • Perform tableside wine, food preparations elegantly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining areas
  • Assist with setups for functions, group events.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings, trainings, staff meals.
  • Comply with appearance standards per handbook.
  • Adhere to all safety, Service Excellence principles.

Skills & Experience

  • Serving It Right Certificate
  • Restaurant service experience preferred.
  • Wine knowledge an asset.
  • Upbeat personality with passion for hospitality
  • Polished presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable working on feet for long periods
  • Responsible, guest-centric team player
  • Open availability - able to work variable shifts.
