Join our growing Tim Hortons team at 250 Erie St. S, Leamington, ON

At Tim Hortons, whether you are the first person a guest encounters, or producing quality finished bakery items, you will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences

We're hiring for a Full-Time Baker/Production Team Member Position!

As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction! Whether you are the very first person our guests encounter or produce the best loved bakery items that our guests come to enjoy, you will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences.

In this position you will:

  • Produce quality baked goods and prepared foods
  • Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
  • Greet & welcome guests with hospitality. Sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day!
  • Take orders and use a cash register
  • Complete guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts and more!
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized
  • Create delicious sandwiches and wraps
  • Receive inventory during regular deliveries
  • Be quick and efficient working in the drive thru
  • You assist in serving guests where necessary and respond to special guest requests in a friendly manner.

What you'll need:

No experience required
Previous experience working in a restaurant an asset
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication skills
Passion for guest service
Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team

Shift: 2 positions open, Early Morning (5am possible start times) or Afternoon (12pm-2pm start times). Weekend Availability required.
