Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, restaurant, or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Team management or leadership experience would be beneficial
