Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our restaurant’s guest experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving change
  • Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service for all guests
  • Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills at all times
  • Assist in food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
  • Practice proper food safety protocols and sanitation procedures throughout your shift

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within a restaurant setting
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy
  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests seamlessly
  • Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences
